Joel did a great job tuning my piano after another tuner botched the tuning. He is very pleasant and seems to be very knowledgeable. I also like his online reminders and scheduling.

Joel did a great job with my piano! He was right on time (actually a couple minutes early!) and did a very thorough job. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I loved the way my piano sounded/played once he was done. Would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to get their piano tuned!
