Fantastic experience. The pick up and drop off folks were helpful and honest. It's one of the few times I didn't feel as if the insurance was a ripoff. I rented a pickup truck for the day. They were super accommodating. I've rented larger trucks in the past, same thing.
Very small amount of staff working so the wait is long and rarely will have big trucks available on short notice.
I love all the employees and UHAUL! I went thru a very difficult time in my life when I first open my account. They have always assisted me with care. I love Ms. Brenda!! She is the absolute best!!!!
