The storage is clean and I feel safe there. They are in a great location just behind the mall and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer me 10% off any moving supplies I needed because I am a tenant. That helps. They have a clean public restroom and even have coffee and refreshments out for customers and treats for my kids. They just made me feel right at home and I would recomend Naylor Mill Self Storage over any others in Salisbury, Md. I even had a bad experience at another storage place closer in town. But these guys restored my faith in self storage. And there is 24 hour access with alot of lights which helps alot. Good choice for storage.
