The only qualm I have is that some residents like to leave trash wherever they please, but the office has been putting notices up and the problem seems to be getting better.
Amazing! Applied for a place and they ran my app the SAME day and got me approved ! They are Super friendly and efficient . Leslie showed me the place I would be renting and went above and beyond to get me in the place asap . I haven't even moved in yet and I am pleased !!!!!! Great place to rent !

Lived in Marley Manor Phase 1 for over a year. Only reason I left was due to wanting a house. My apartment was very spacious and home like. LOVED having a full size laundry room and master walk-in closet.

Very good apartment complex. Not too pricey. Rooms are what you'd expect. Maintenance is timely. Staff is understanding and friendly.
