DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE! One star, only because zero stars is not possible. Crime here is HIGH. Not only was everything broken, run down, and old, but they did not want to repair anything. I moved in right before Thanksgiving to no working stove! And on top of all the issues I had with lazy, lying management, the neighborhood is awful. I was shot at three times, packages stolen, car broken into and keyed, back gate kicked in, in addition to drughead neighbors. Rent is cheap for a reason. Especially if you have small children or value your vehicle, live elsewhere.
April, when she worked here, was patient with people and genuinely cared about their needs. Nicole has since taken over her position, however. She moves drug addicts and other questionable people in. She WILL do anything to get money out of you. Folks drag their feet when it comes to fixing things. She is rude, doesn't know how to treat people, and very quick to try and evict you. The apartments are nice as long as YOU keep them nice! But not worth what they charge. And she will find something to charge you for.
This is the worst place I have ever lived!! I have only been her since October and have had to place MULTIPLE service request. The latest request was put in on March 2 for no cold water pressure in my bathroom tub and here it is March 20th and the problem has yet to be fixed dispute calling numerous times. The property manager Nicole is very rude and has done absolutely NOTHING to rectify the problem. I have even taken off from work early to go to the rental office with video of the problem and still no resolve. My rent is never late but yet and still I get ignored and passed around from person to person. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Apartment is old and barely maintained. Moved into townhomes in September 2015. The heat did not work till December cause they kept putting it off. After they finally hooked it up they never caulked ducting coming into house so the back interior wall swelled out and cracked due to shoddy maintenance practices. There was damage in apartment from previous tenants they never fixed. Back gate was missing when we moved in. After five months of pleading they finally came to fix gate but left all their trash and construction crap in our back yard we were paying rent for. It stayed there until we moved out in April 2016 wouldn't be surprised if it was all still there. We broke our lease with them because of horrible maintenance staff and the attitudes of employees. Not a great neighborhood, even if they had maintained the property properly the rent was too high for what it was.
Haven't lived there in years but I loved it great location I miss it
