Not good. In a construction zone pne year. Renting policies different. Friendly staff.Poor construction, building, fixtures, appliances. Many issues.

Friendly staff, poor construction. You hear ever footstep and some conversations if you are on a lower floor. Dogs run and bark all day and night. We have 3 kids and the neighbors below here every step we make! The lady above me comes home late at night and walks hard as she throws the ball for the gog to chase and we can't rest. My husband has ptsd and frequently gets disturbed by all of the noise upstairs. Her bedroom is over ours. Why would a 3 bedroom be rented to 1 person with a 60 lb dog??? False advertising stainless steel appliances, yes they have them in some of the units but it's an up charge which they don't tell you. No where for kids to play and 6 months out of the year the geese take over and they poop everywhere!!! Dog crap everywhere and no one cleaning up behind them on a regular, some tenants just nasty!!! No where for children to play but it has a dog park so that should tell you a lot! It's been frustrating living here since our 1st week and we are ready to break a lease! As soon as we get our paperwork and medical documentation WE ARE OUT!!! $1502.00 is a lot for a place where you can't get peace, quiet and a good nights sleep! Strict rules being implemented on a regular basis but no one follows the rules. Be very much aware! Look somewhere else if you are searching for a better constructed living community because it's definitely not here at Ocean Aisle!!!! Sorry Salisbury Apts you have disappointed so many of your leasees with deception. This is not a family oriented community at all. Should be listed as another complex for college students
