AWFUUULLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Really AWFUL!!!. if you have any self-respect don't go here or sign any lease. Management is AWFUL NOISY, SMELLY, MEAN MANAGEMENT. They should not advertise as "quietest in town". PLace is really awful.
We lived here in 2005-2006 and it was okay. The hall ways are not clean, and the apartment was out of date. At the time there were waiting lists to get in to almost any apartment. Wish we would have waited. We never had major issues, but for 100 more a month we could have been someplace much nicer.
In the time I lived there I've seen ten different sets of management personnel and have had payments either go missing or get posted late, sticking us with court fees and late fees despite the checks being dated prior to the deadline. The office personnel try to be helpful but the communication between the divisions of the parent company is awful to say the least. They're decent apartments but I'm glad I moved when I did.
Completely unethical. The Worst! Thieves! I wish there was a way to select one fifth of a star. These crooks swindled my cousin out of $2700+. Showed her a different apartment before she signed the lease then gave her another apartment that had not been cleaned (from the last tenant that moved out) after the lease was signed. Even though she never moved into the apartment that they tried to trick her into taking, they still charged her the security deposit, current, first and last month's rent. That's three months' of rent plus security deposit!!!!!!! This is even though she NEVER moved an article of clothing into the filthy and uncleaned apartment. As a consumer, do your due diligence. Stay. Far. Away.
This is the worse place to live. They are a bunch of money scammers they charge u wat they want to charge. I payed a month ahead so I knew I was good and they took it without me knowing and said I was paying the wrong amount. They don't like to fix nothing,there is roaches n bedbugs,people smoke weed and that's all u smell in the building, I could keep going on but I think u get the point. Do not rent from these money stealing thieves.. I'm in the process of moving as soon as my lease is up.. Also they say they have a black out period where u can't move which is against the law
