Made the purchase in June, was promised that the headstone would be installed in a few weeks. It's now the middle of November and we're still getting excuses, the ground is too wet, then when we asked for a refund in October, the installer had it on the trailer but it got allegedly got dark. Finally after numerous calls and visits the installer can't find the cemetery. After guiding him there on the phone he says "I see our flag we'll get it installed when the light rain stops." We dodnt get a call and assumed all was well a week later went to the grave NO HEADSTONE! Call the office and was told it was too wet that day. Still waiting DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
