This place is not worth your money. They applied fees to my account whenever they had the chance and I don’t remember the last time i put in a request for maintenance and they got to my apartment the same week. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Carpets need to be replaced last time I visited.
When I attended the university (2011-2012) I was living off campus in these apartments. Aside from the fact that the expense for these units is unreasonable for the quality and amenities provided, the staff was also not always accommodating. At the time, UV was under new management and I came to them with a concern involving another person I was living with at the time. I requested to switch units because of the extreme emotional stress that living with this individual was causing. I actually had to get my parents involved because I was met with an attitude from management over this issue and they had to convince them to allow me to switch units. I was actually seeing two different counselors at the time (one on campus, one off) because of the issues with the roommate and would have expected compassion and professionalism from the housing management.
Continuous loud noise such as music from the basketball court and hallways all the time. The money you're expected to spend as a student here won't be worth it.
At my time at Salisbury University I was better off living on campus or living somewhere else because this place was straight TRASH. The property manager is a liar and disrespectful. This woman is unprofessional and hangs up the phone on callers when she's not in the mood to talk anymore. I'm not sure what type of business is being run here but management needs to get rid of her. Also, my apartment has this weird chemical smell that never went away. Actually I had switched to another apartment at UV and same problem the chemical smell wouldn't leave. I just can't live somewhere where I am not being treated fairly and being disrespected when at the end of the day I am paying to live here. This place isn't worth your money! Save yourself the trouble and live somewhere else.
