Beyond horrible. They have been inept at every important delivery for years. Most recently they claim my package was delivered but to an apartment number which does not exist on my street. I don't trust them to leave anything at the door properly, but if its' something I have to sign for the drivers don't have time to knock and wait. They just slap a notice on the door and if I don't drive 40 minutes to the closest distribution center within 3 days they return to sender. I've been burned SO many times and I beg my shippers to use anyone else other than UPS, but for some reason this is the carrier all the businesses want to use. If I had a say in the matter I would never ever ever use UPS.
It's just a warehouse with a customer entrance, so don't expect to see a nice storefront when you walk up.
I had a package get diverted here after they couldn't deliver to my apartment. The person who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable, and made the process as easy as they could.
I've lived at my current address for 29 years now and for the last 3-4 they have messed up, not delivered, not left notification of attempts, and a myriad of other examples of ineptitude. I almost didn't get my plates for my car because they didn't tell me they were holding them. I happened to start wondering what was taking so long and found they were sitting there and had been for a week, and would be sent back today. When I call the 800-number the gentleman tell me the label has no address on it just Ocean City Maryland I just pick it up from the UPS pick a place and it has my entire address my name street address everything on the package. Funny, how you can no longer find a number to call them directly. No problem with FedEx or USPS.
Very good experience with UPS Customer Center the line was long but the girl was very efficient and extremely helpful but the place is a little dirty but overall very good.
