I absolutely LOVE living here! If you're looking for off campus housing this is the place!!!! Huge living room and kitchen spaces which are great. Washer and drawer within unit is extremely convenient. My favorite part is the size of my bedroom. Big walk in closet to fit all of my clothes and my room is huge! Came fully furnished which is a huge plus! It's also very close to campus which is extremely convenient! The property manager and the staff are beyond helpful and extremely nice! This is honestly the best off campus housing in Salisbury.
I can't wait to visit on parents weekend and see her all moved in.
The gathering is a great place! When I came to the gathering, Jason Roloff was working. Let me tell you... this guy is spectacular! He made me feel welcomed and showed me around the apartments and inside the building! I had a great experience and he makes me want to consider living at the gathering next year! Who ever is hiring these great employees, bravo! Thank you for a great experience! And hats off to Jason! Thanks again :-)
The kitchen and living room area is very spacious and set up nicely.
The fact that I have my own bathroom, huge closet, and giant living room sells the whole thing for me. It's also pretty fantastic to have the whole floor entirely to yourself essentially. Additionally, the staff are extremely helpful and very attentive whenever you require assistance. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a nice relaxing yet social environment close to campus.
I rated this 3 because although the staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Jason, the neighbors aren't exactly the best. There'd be nights and mornings I'm coming home and seeing beer cans and trash in front of my house and I even have to park in different spots because someone is always taking my spot. I just wish they were a little more respectful.
My daughter is moving into the Gathering this school year. When we had the tour the staff was very nice and answered all our questions efficiently.
My daughter's room is wonderful. I love that she has her own bathroom and has a huge walkin closet. The bedroom itself is very spacious and gives her privacy in order to study.
