Fabulous management company, they truly care about their tenants and homes they lease. You will get exceptional response times from maintenance and nothing is too small. The manager Mickey was almost like a family member that is how comfortable she made myself and family feel. I had a truly great experience with this company!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Worst customer service and never perform maintenance. Always say it's "tenant" responsibility.
The worst place to rent from seriously if your a day late even if you call and tell them it will be there the next morning they go straight over to do court papers so on top.of rent which is already expensive you now have a late fee court cost and the other million things they want to throw on you. They dont fix anything Micky is great getting you into the houses then she a whole other type of person i would and I dont recommend anyone renting from them
The receptionist is extremely rude and doesn't give messages to the managers because you never get a call back after complaints. They charge fees that are not posted in the lease or on the website or the online payment method. Doesn't matter if you have been with them for years and pay on time they are rude. And if you don't let the receptionist know who you are she will not transfer your call. Her name is Arlene not sure how she got the job she is very unprofessional
