I made an appointment online for a hair cut. I called in the day of the appiontment 3 hrs before the time to make sure that the online booking was good. She said yes, see buddy at noon.. drove an hr to tell me that I had to come back tomorrow at 7. Said I didn't do the right appointment. Will check in on that!!
Extremely overpriced!!! OMG, i bought 4 lizard bulbs for $6.49 at petco and here they are $16.99.. No they do not price match but from their own site.. Good luck brick n mortar in Salisbury!!! I also bought 4 other items, like bedding that was extremely overpriced
We took our 5 month old golden retriever to Caitlin in the grooming salon. She was wonderful with him. Bathed him, cleaned his teeth, trimmed his nails and explained everything they would do in detail.. We were very pleased and will be returning to see her again... Thank you so much
Have to make a special mention for a dude in there named Evan. I only went in there for some 25 cent goldfish. Since I planned to keep them and not feed them to something else, part of me wanted to ask the associate catching them to get specific ones, but I decided against it. I didn't want to be that guy obsessing over 25 cent goldfish especially as hard as it is to catch them. Anyway, along came Evan. I asked him to please catch ones that were healthy looking- I only wanted 6 - since I planned to keep them in a pond. With masterful precision he guided the net around the tank - grabbing specific fish. He told me that he didn't like it when the pretty goldfish got eaten, so since I was giving them a home he was going to save ones that look the best. When I saw the fish he had caught they were perfect - each one with different patterns than the others. He said he'd been working there for 3 years, and I felt it was heartwarming to think someone would still care about those little fish even after all that time. Thank you Evan, I will be naming one of the fish in your honour.
What a store. I love a store that let you bring your animals inside. They have everything you need for your animal no matter what type of animal is ...amphibian, fish, Birds, cats, dogs, everything... they helped me out with some wild kittens that I had found that were very sick. And they did not charge me any money to give me medicine and direct me to the right people who helped me nurse these kittens back to health. Westside Animal Rescue who adopts kittens out on the inside of PetSmart are the most wonderful ladies I've ever met in my life they dedicate so much time to helping animals and it's all volunteer work.
